Best Kept
Secret
The Pines will offer some of the most
competitively-priced independent senior living options with access to a
continuum of on-site support services including assisted living, memory
care, personal support services, and a nursing staff available 24 hours
a day. Ideal for active adults, 62+, the first 148-unit phase of
the community will be an integral part of a new Town Center, within
walking distance to shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. To
be located at the intersection of Route 130 and Gordon Road, The Pines
is easily accessible to major roads, train stations, public recreation
areas and the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Offering Options for Moderate Income Seniors
Patricia Wilkes of Hamilton, NJ, another Pines Advantage
Club member, is anticipating the opening of the community with
tremendous excitement. Currently living in a townhouse, Wilkes is
looking forward to her move to The Pines while she is still healthy and
vibrant. "I am getting older and thought it best to make the
decision to move to a CCRC while I am able to do so. Living at
The Pines will allow me to remain independent and active. I will
still be living close to my friends and that is important to me.
I enjoy meeting new people and participating in activities, and The
Pines can offer me both."
Wesley Holman, also a Pines Advantage Club member, is
looking forward to his move. A widower, who is currently living
in a 55+ community in Columbus, NJ, is interested in downsizing and
being involved in the activities The Pines has to offer. "I
visited The Pines at Whiting and really liked what I saw, so I know
this is the right opportunity for me. I am not one to sit in
front of the television all day. I play cards and am in a bowling
league, and I look forward to these activities at The
Pines."
